Sven Alarik Melander (born 30 October 1947) is a Swedish journalist, TV show host and actor. He led the Swedish TV show Snacka om nyheter.
He was born and raised in Malmö, Skåne, but now lives in Saltsjö-Duvnäs. He is married to Karin Melander-Hassler and is the father of Victor Melander, Christina Melander and Linnéa Melander.
Melander is famous for his distinctive Scanian accent.
